Frequently asked
Do teachers need internet to enter marks?
No. Teachers can enter marks with no connection at all. Zaschool keeps them safely on the phone and sends them to the school as soon as the phone is online again.
Which curricula does Zaschool support?
CBE for Primary, Junior and Senior School, and 8-4-4 for Forms 1 to 4. Each is graded and ranked by its own rules, and the two are never mixed.
How do parents get access?
There is nothing for the school to set up. A parent signs in with the phone number the school has for them plus one child's admission number, and sees all their children.
Can a parent see other learners' results?
No. Parents see only their own children, and only results the school has released.
Can we bring our old results?
Yes. Upload previous results as an Excel sheet or a PDF. Zaschool matches each learner by admission number.
When is the automatic timetable available?
The timetable generator for classes and exams is coming in 2027. Every school on Zaschool will get it at no extra cost.
